Baselworld 2018: We were the first to see the new Kudoke watch!

Last Thursday I had the chance to see something special in Basel.

Not quite in Baselworld, since a second Baselworld always takes place at the Hyperion Hotel (Ramada was its previous name) for micro-brands and independents.

My first meeting of the day was with a brand that I had the opportunity to discover on the last edition of SalonQP, back in November.

Kudoke Watches was founded by Stefan Kudoke, a watchmaker specialized in the art of engraving.

This is obviously transmitted to the DNA of his brand, where he dedicates his time to making skeletonized dials with engraved parts.

The skeletonization of Kudoke watches is most times bespoke made, where clients explain and work their designs directly with the watchmaker itself.

Let's jump right into the interview to know a little bit more about this new model!
